Introduction

GPU-MEME is an OpenGL-based motif discovery software based on MEME (v3.5.4), which is programmed by Chen et al. (Chen C, Schmidt B, Liu W, Wolfgang MW (2008) GPU-MEME: using graphics hardware to accelerate motif finding in DNA sequences. Lecture Notes in Computer Science, 5265: 448-459).
