~ Surround yourself with love and gratitude~
NO CLASS - March 11
(Sorry everyone, but I am sick and unable to find a sub. Class is cancelled tonight, but hope to see you all next week)
March 25: Jennifer Bergeron will be subbing
Jennifer began practicing yoga 10 years ago while living in New York City studying dance at Marymount Manhattan College. Shortly after graduating, she moved to Los Angeles and discovered Bryan Kest’s Power Yoga. Her casual relationship with yoga developed into love flourishing under Bryan’s guidance. Jennifer considers her teacher training in Mexico under Bryan Kest an “honor and a privilege.”
Jennifer returned to Albany six years ago and has been teaching locally since. Her background in dance influences the development of her choreography. Teaching a power-vinyasa style class, Jennifer will encourage students to flow, making movement continuous and graceful. Jennifer brings warmth and humor to each of her classes making them accessible to all regardless of their level. Her natural ability to assist students in learning acceptance of themselves and others allows students to leave feeling strong and empowered.
New Class Time Starting January 14
Class will be held from 7-8pm
**I promise it will be the same great class**
