This yoga studio is based in the centre of Penzance . Here you are bound to find a class to suit your needs, whether you are a total beginner or highly experienced student. The studio is fully equipped, so you don't have carry your kit, you may wish to bring a blanket for relaxation. Please click on 'timetable' for details of our classes.

Yoga is an excellent way to improve your health. A class will consist of postures that are designed to stretch the whole body, improve flexibility, strength, stamina & balance. Through the practice tension & stress are released & a feeling of calm results. Yoga is about balance. Physically it stretches & strengthens where necessary. Emotionally it removes peaks & troughs.
