Private Yoga

In addition to 1:1 Private Yoga instruction, Embracing Spirit Yoga will create a plan that implements aspects of mind/body personal training that encompasses a variety of techniques to improve overall well being.  Basics principals of this holistic approach to overall wellness include measuring a clients’ success in three key areas:

  1. Client feels better in all areas of health and wellness
  2. Client finds balance in areas of health and wellness
  3. Client increases vital energy and flow with in mind, body and spirit

A personalized series of 5 sessions (1.0 hour per session) would include:

  • 1:1 Yoga Instruction
  • Guided meditations
  • Exercise suggestions
  • Strategies for stress management
  • Nutrition suggestions
  • Developing a personal practice for you
  • Guidance on how to create a life of peace and well-being
