I am a research associate at Computer Science Department at Case Western Reserve University. I am supervised by Professor Jing Li in our computational biology group. I got my PhD in School of Mathematics and Statistics from Northeast Normal University in 2006. My research interests cover haplotype association, copy number variation detection, population genetics and modernization of Chinese Herb Medicine.
