We Need Your Help!

Please sign up! We always need our parent volunteers to help make our Fall musical and One-Act play run smoothly! Keep on eye on this page as we will add sign-up sheets for a variety of jobs as well as donations that will be needed.

1) Help to fill the very popular themed Raffle Baskets! This is a popular fundraiser for the Playmakers! Donation to help fill Raffle Baskets

2) Enjoy selling tickets? We start selling tickets in early November and need help during business hours and some evenings, throughout the performances: Box Office Sign Up

3) From ironing costumes to ushering during performances, many volunteers are needed during the week of the show! (And the list is long!) Volunteer Opportunities during performance week

4) We ask all families to donate baked goods for our concession sales for the Thursday-Saturday performances. No need to sign up, we typically ask that last names beginning A-L bring items for Thursday & Friday, while last names beginning M-Z for the two performances on Saturday. Food items should be ready for sale in bags or wrapped. We sell all items for $1.00.
