NOTE: The Summer Youth Leadership / Speechcraft program is usually open for application in May/June each year.

 
Summer Youth Leadership / Speechcraft Program  暑期青少年(英語)演講班
In July, 2019, YCCCA will host the Summer Public Speaking Program for students of ages 10 to 13 with a number of around 15 students.

Through active participation in 8 sessions of 1 hour and 15 minutes each, the students will learn:
  •    to develop public speaking skills by means of writing and presenting own speeches
  •    to active listening skills
  •    to impromptu speaking skills
  •    and practice leadership skills
  •    other key elements of public speaking: gestures, voice and vocabulary
Classes will be held on Monday and Wednesday evenings. Full attendance is recommended to ensure the smooth progress of the program. Contest and graduation ceremony will be held on the last class. A “Certificate of Completion” will be presented to each student who attends a minimum of 6 classes.
