  • Inclement Weather Update - Tue 9/12/17 7:00 a.m. The Atlanta office will be open today.  However, there are still widespread power outages in some areas and trees down in others.  Thus, please assess your commute route carefully, take your time, stay safe and arrive when you can.  Thank you.

  • Inclement Weather Update - Mon 9/11/17 11:15 a.m. - COLUMBUS OFFICE Based on forecast conditions, the Columbus office will be open for business as usual on Tuesday 9/12/17.  In the event that conditions change, we will be sure to update you. Otherwise, plan on the office being open tomorrow. However, everyone should assess conditions in your area and in your commute path. In the event you cannot make it in to the office tomorrow, please discuss with your manager. Thank you

  • Inclement Weather Update - Sun 9/10/17 6:45 p.m. Due to forecast conditions in the Atlanta area, the Atlanta office will operate on a remote basis on Monday 9/11/17 and the crisis management teams for each department are activated.  Members of the crisis management teams for all departments should plan on connecting to the office remotely, forwarding their phones and all other tasks related to usual daily remote operations. All other service and sales employees (those not on the crisis management teams) should plan on checking their (1) voice mail and (2) email throughout the day on an hourly basis as we expect some claims reports to come directly to service/sales staff.   Commercial Lines and Personal Lines staff members should note the special requirements noted below ...

  • Atlanta Office Without Power - The 6/8/17 6:50 a.m. The Atlanta office lost power to the 2800 building at about 6:50 a.m.  Presently, they are working on restoring the power and believe it will be back on within the hour.    The loss of power means that all IT equipment including servers, workstations, internet service and phones are inoperable at this time.When power is restored, we will begin the process of bringing up key systems.  We will advise by the usual crisis management text notifications when power is restored of there will be additional delay.Thank you,Kevin
