  • Inclement Weather Update (Atlanta Office) – Thu 1/18/18 12:00 p.m. The Atlanta office will be OPEN tomorrow, Friday 1/19/18, for normal business hours.All staff (including staff previously scheduled for remote) not on PTO should report to the office.  All Atlanta staff will be working on-site on Friday 1/19.Your safety MUST come first. If you typically leave home before daylight, you should consider delaying your departure until daybreak to ensure you can see the road clearly.   • Inclement Weather Update (Atlanta office) – Wed 1/17/18 7:00 p.m. The Atlanta office will be closed all day tomorrow, Thursday 1/18/18, for on-site operations due to expected road conditions and below-freezing morning temperatures.   However, the Crisis Management Teams for all departments are activated and will be covering phone calls, emails and service requests that come in.  As we did for today, calls to the main office number will be live-answered.For those staff members NOT on the Crisis Management Teams, please monitor your emails and your voice mails frequently and throughout the day and route any time-sensitive requests to a member of your department’s crisis team.Additionally, all staff members should change their voice mail greeting and out of office message as directed ...

  • Inclement Weather Update (Atlanta Office) – Wed 1/17/18 9:30 a.m. The Atlanta office will be closed today and Crisis Management Teams for each department have been implemented.  If additional team members are needed, you will be contacted by your manager.ALL staff, however, need to update their out of office message in Outlook and also their voice mail greeting (important). Additionally all staff members should check their email and voice mails regularly.We will have an update this evening regarding office operations tomorrow.   • Inclement Weather Update (Atlanta Office) - Wed 1/17/18 5:30 a.m. The Atlanta office will delay its opening until 10:00 a.m. this morning.  HOWEVER, we will have an official update around 9:00 a.m. after we assess area road conditions.  Please watch for an announcement BEFORE traveling to the office.In the meantime, we will be activating the crisis management teams for all departments effective at 6:00 a.m. You will be contacted by your manager with details on responsibilities this morning.  Stay warm!

  • Inclement Weather Update - Fri 12/8/17 1:00 p.m. The Atlanta office closed today at 1:00 p.m. due to possible adverse weather-related road conditions developing in the Atlanta area. The Crisis Management Team procedure has been implemented.Each department will be staffed, throughout the afternoon until closing, by crisis team members who will be able to handle any client service needs.  The agency after-hours phone greeting has been changed to reflect that clients may contact us in the following ways:- for certificates, certs@yatesins.com- for claims, the after hours claims number- for all other services, by leaving a messageThe voice mail messages will be checked by Admin every 15 minutes throughout the day.
