Position Title: Postdoctoral Researcher

Duties and Responsibilities: We are seeking a postdoctoral researcher with quantitative research background in bioinformatics/computational biology, statistics/biostatistics, computer science or a related field to join the Lab of Computational Genomics and Proteomics led by Dr. Yan Zhang at The Ohio State University. This position will focus on computational and statistical method development and/or applications in high-throughput genomics/proteomics data analysis. The postdoc will also have opportunities to collaborate with researchers with diverse areas of expertise at The Ohio State University.

Position Qualifications: The applicant should have a Ph.D. degree in one of the following areas: Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Statistics, Biostatistics, Computer Science, or other disciplines with strong quantitative background. Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as R, C, Python or MATLAB, is strongly preferred. Knowledge in genomics, genetics, or proteomics is desired but not required.

Salary Range: Salary will be in accordance with The Ohio State University College of Medicine standard postdoctoral salary.
