Ziyue Xu

I am currently a Senior Scientist at Nvidia Corp., my research interests lie in the area of image analysis and machine learning with applications in biomedical and clinical imaging. Before joining Nvidia, I was a Staff Scientist and Lab Manager in the Center for Infectious Disease Imaging at Radiology and Imaging Sciences Department in Clinical Center, National Institutes of Health.

I obtained B.S. in Electronics Engineering from Tsinghua University, and M.S./Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from the University of Iowa. I have been working in the area of medical image analysis for fifteen years, with a focus on pulmonary imaging using shape modeling, graph methods, and machine learning.

I'm an Associate Editor for the journals, Computerized Medical Imaging and Graphics (CMIG) and IEEE Transactions on Medical Imaging (TMI). I also serve as a regular reviewer for a list of top-ranking journals and program chair and committee member for various conferences in this field.
