I am a Professor in the Department of Economics at the College of Business and Economics, University of Wisconsin - Whitewater. I conduct research using modern empirical microeconomic methods to answer questions with a strong public policy emphasis, primarily in the areas of health economics, labor economics, economics of risky behavior and crime, and child welfare.
