Support for postodoc and PhD students are dependent on funding availability. For Postdoc candidate with strong research background, they
may be considered for a Director's Fellowship and outstanding candidates may be
considered for the prestigious J. Robert Oppenheimer, Richard P. Feynman or
Frederick Reines Fellowships. For general information refer to the LANL Postdoctoral Program page. If you are interested in applying for a fellow at Los Alamos, please contact me with your CV and a one-page research statement.
For Phd students at other university who want to have collaborative research with LANL, we can write a proposal to the Institute of Geophysics and Planetary Physics (IGPP) at Los Alamos National Laboratory, which is committed to promoting and supporting high quality, cutting-edge science in the areas of astrophysics, space physics, solid planetary geoscience, and climate science. IGPP at LANL makes a special effort to promote and support new research ideas, which can be further developed through seed funding into major programs supported by federal or other funding sources. IGPP also supports feasibility studies, in order to assess the potential for seed projects to rapidly advance to new capabilities and program growth.
Internship for Phd Student, undergraduate student are potentially available. Please contact me with your CV.
