Jig setup: View from the front, battery box in place. More of the motorcycle frame has been cut off, on the floor at right. We're testing the swing of the front tire for clearance to the battery box.

Tier One: View from the front. Pat is wasting no time, and is creating strength beyond what I imagined in my drawings as he goes along.

View from the rear.

Detail of the welding art as Pat makes triangles wherever he sees the need.

Rear wheel assembly:

The front suspension brackets make the entire front wheel assembly removable.

Test Fitting: I made a mock seat and brought my inflatable camping pad for a test fit of the driver position in relation to the steering wheel, brake pedal, and windshield.

We decided to lower the windshield three inches, so Pat cut the temporary supports down.

This was pretty exciting, especially to discover that I would have plenty of elbow room!
