There is a Trial Plan available for a period of 30 days prior to picking a paid plan.
There is also Demo Plan which is available at no cost for an unlimited time period. With this plan, only sample data is available, but it is extremely useful for QuickBooks ProAdvisors, Accountants and Bookkeepers to use for developing reports for clients as well as showing the clients how the product works without the need to set up another account.

The current pricing for the paid plans per company data file are:
- 1 user $19.95
- 2-5 users $29.95
- 6-10 users $39.95
- Unlimited $49.95
For example: If someone has 3 companies, they would add XR to their account and as part of the sign up process they will “link” it to Company A (i.e. $19.95/mo after the trial) and then they would go back and add XR to their account and as part of the sign up process they will “link” it to Company B (i.e. $19.95/mo after the trial) and link it again to Company C (i.e. $19.95/mo after the trial). Then if they add another 3 users for Company A, that would push them up to 2-5 users ($29.95/mo) for that company only and the others would still be at $19.95/mo. In this scenario, Intuit would charge $69.85/month in total.
The pricing plan can be changed at any time and the amount will be pro-rated. To change your plan, login via appcenter.intuit.com and confirm that the correct business profile name appears at the top left. Click on "Manage App Subscriptions." In the example below, this business profile originally signed up with the 30day trial plan.
To change the plan, click on upgrade now. If there is already a plan chosen, the message will say "Edit pricing plan." The pop up box will appear with the different plans. Scroll to the bottom to choose the Sample Data Only (Demo) plan. This is available for a single user for an unlimited amount of time, but will only be connected to the sample data, not a specific business profile that you may have set up.
I want to run XpandedReports on more than one computer. Do I need to purchase more than one license?XpandedReports does not get installed on your computer. The pricing is per user that is invited to access the application. So, if the same person will be logging in from different computers, this is still only one user.

XpandedReports is a web-based application so as long as the account is active, the users will always have access to the newest release of the application as it becomes available.

To change the billing credit card, the "owner" of the account, i.e. the first
person who signed up for the application, will need to to log in to www.appcenter.intuit.com
and then click on "My Account" at the top of the screen. Click on Application on the left side navigation and from there scroll until you
find XpandedReports. Update payment method to change the billing information as appropriate.
