In Situ Analytical Imaging Using Scanning Transmission Electron Microscopy

This website is a showcase of my group's research on aberration-corrected scanning transmission electron microscopy (STEM) with an emphasis on 3-D depth sectioning and tomography as well as electron energy loss spectroscopic imaging, in situ environmental microscopy, and theories of swift electron channeling and inelastic scattering.
