About Me

I am now working at Cloud BU Architecture & Design department, Cloud BU, Huawei Technologies, Co., Ltd from January 2018. I recieved my Ph.D. and B.Eng. degrees from the School of Computer Science and Technology, Huazhong University of Science and Technology in 2018 and 2011, respectively. My Ph.D. supervisor is Prof. Hai Jin and my adviser is Prof. Song Wu. I had paid a visit to University of Essex at UK from 5th August, 2015 to 4th February, 2016, under the supervision of Prof. Kun Yang from the Networking Convergence Laboratory (NCL) in the department of Computer Science and Electronic Engineering (CSEE).

My general research interests cover the broad area of cloud computing, with special emphasis on resource management, scheduling in cloud computing systems and newly wireless network technology including C-RAN. Also, I am interested in the mobile cloud computing, mobile edge computing or mobile fog computing. Specifically, I am interested in designing new resource allocation algorithms, analyzing their performance, and prototyping those that find practical applications in large-scale computing systems. I am also interested in problems at the intersection of computer networking and economics.
