Flatiron Research Fellow
Simons Foundation

I am currently a Research Fellow of the Flatiron Institute of the Simons Foundation. I am also affiliated to Princeton University, under supervision of Dr. Olga Troyanskaya. Before coming to Simons Foundation, I get my Ph.D. degree from Virginia Tech in 2016 and M.S. and B.S. degrees from the Honor School of Harbin Institute of Technology (China) in 2011 and 2009, respectively. My research is mainly focused on computational biology. I am particularly interested in probabilistic model development, machine learning, Bayesian (distribution) learning and their applications in epigenetics.
