§  Photolithography for the fabrication of wafer-scale van der Waals material based HBT and hot electron transistors.

§  Increased the injection current density of van der Waals material based hot electron transistors for potential high frequency applications.

§  Tunneling spectroscopy to probe the vertical tunneling behavior of 2D materials and 2D/3D material heterostructures.

§  Contact engineering for van der Waals material based devices.

09/2014-09/2015: ‘Temperature Dependent Characteristics of Polymer Solar Cells’
