I am an Associate Professor in Mathematical Optimisation and Data Science in the School of Mathematics at the University of Birmingham. I obtained my PhD in Applied and Computational Mathematics under the supervision of Prof. Benedict Leimkuhler FRSE from the University of Edinburgh in 2016. Before moving to Birmingham in July 2019, I held postdoctoral positions at the University of Edinburgh, Brown University in the United States, and ETH Zürich in Switzerland. I was also a Visiting Researcher at the Institut Henri Poincaré in France in 2017.
