Donation Helps Family

In April 2012, Danny Margagliano suffered a life changing accident that left him paralyzed. When Danny returned to his South Walton home after months of intense physical therapy, it was quite evident that renovations were necessary to accommodate him as well as his equipment.

Installing a home fire protection system seemed to make the most sense for Danny and his family. After all, a home fire protection system can greatly increase your chances of surviving a fire and can significantly reduce fire damage to your home. Unfortunately, the renovation cost was already higher than anticipated and installing a sprinkler system did not seem feasible at this point.

When David Seago, Owner of Seago Fire Protection Systems, heard that a fire sprinkler system was not included in the renovations to Danny’s home, he decided to personally ensure Danny and his family would be safe from fire. David and his staff offered their time, material and equipment this to install a fire sprinkler system in Danny’s home at no cost.

In a release from the South Walton Fire District Fire Marshal Sammy Sanchez they say, “thank you David Seago, Steve Lawson and the rest of your crew for your generosity, kindness, and your willingness to help someone in need. Mostly, thank you for giving Danny a sense of security knowing if there is fire in his home, your fire sprinkler system will be there to ensure all their safety.”
