Neighbor Spotlight

HOA Board Members

Wynn Wood Homeowners Association
Officers of the Board & Advisors

Since 2004, you, the homeowners of Wynn Wood, have controlled the HOA via a volunteer homeowner elected board of officers / directors consisting of five homeowner representatives.  As fellow homeowners, we share the same motivation to ensure that our investment in our homes is looked after while protecting and preserving the rights of all homeowners.

Each family is an integral part of the effort and support necessary to help the Wynn Wood Homeowners Association (WWHOA) keep this one of the most desirable communities to live in around the region and each and everyone is appreciated.

Keep in mind that the Declaration of Restrictions are meant to protect the rights of each individual while maintaining an agreeable limit of decorum to ensure that a neighbor's property values and way of life are not adversely affected.  Overall, the homeowners of Wynn Wood have proven to be good neighbors making our community one to enjoy living in.

However, should you find the occasional need to bring up a violation to the HOA, ask a question about the By-Laws, Declaration of Restrictions or maybe wish to compliment the board or committee members on a job well done, simply call, drop a note or send an e-mail to the HOA.

We look forward to hearing from you!

Thank you,

Wynn Wood HOA Officers

MISSION STATEMENT

"Our mission, as your Officers of the Board, is to increase the overall assuagement and fruition within our community, through consistent judgment, fair and equitable distribution of rights and responsibility, and reasonable enforcement of the governing instruments of our community; continually promoting and preserving the safety, welfare, and interests of all residents.  The Board exists to meet the needs of association by providing, with the highest quality and integrity, association management and accounting, while controlling costs and making the community a better place for every owner."

NEIGHBOR-TO-NEIGHBOR

We ask all our members to be good neighbors so we can all enjoy a pleasant and safe community.  The officers of the board are not city officials, nor police officers and may be limited as to how much we can be involved in a problem.  In the past, the officers have been called upon and expected to settle arguments, disturbances, trash problems, etc.  We have been advised by both the police department and the city officials, to let them handle certain problems.  The board can however, help and assist our members in directing them on who to contact to get help in resolving a problem.

Please refer to our "Local" pages for information on getting help.  If you don't see the information you need, simply use the "Contact the HOA" to email us and we will work with you to get the information/help you need.

The board respectively asks all of our members, to first try to talk neighbor-to-neighbor to resolve issues.
