2022~23 season practices are scheduled to begin January 10, 2023.
Team rides will be Tuesday, Thursday, & Saturday from January through the end of May. We ride on Mount Diablo and nearby foothills.
We typically compete in Five NorCal League races, plus a State Championship race. Middle School riders are also welcome to join and participate in some of the races. Monte Vista MTB is a club sport team at Monte Vista High School in Danville, CA. We are a fully volunteer-run team of 40+ riders and 16 accredited coaches who participate in the NICA’s NorCal League cross-country (XC) mountain bike racing series.
The team is a licensed non-profit and member of the National Interscholastic Cycling Association (NICA).
