The standard of review here is the same as that applicable in connections with a Rule 60 Order, adn the sole question presented is not whether the 2003 Order was correctly granted but rather whether the Bankruptcy judge abused his discretion when he declined to "interpret" the Order which is final and had never been appealed, as requested by the Movant.
