This time of year is alway bittersweet for me. I have the overwhelming sense of pride as I watch "my" students graduate and begin the next step of their journey. I am so very sad to see them go as I know how deeply I will miss seeing them on a regular basis, yet like their parents I am confidant that they are well prepared to face their futures, professionally and personally.

Amidst saying good-bye I am also looking at all the hellos. New Student Orientation begins in a few short weeks and I will be meeting potential new members. I am organizing programs, trips, recruitment materials and such hoping that in spite of our losses our groups will be strong in size and commitment.
