libs

My work is based on many open source libraries provided by generous pioneers in different research fields. Besides the willingness to share their codes, the development and maintenance of these projects need tedious debugging and great patience. I really appreciate their efforts. I also want to distribute some of my codes, but I'm afraid they are not neat enough for reading and reusing. Shame on me.

I have successfully applied these packages in my work.

PQP: A Proximity Query Package, by Prof. Ming Lin (UNC gamma) http://gamma.cs.unc.edu/SSV/

ANN: A Library for Approximate Nearest Neighbor Searching, by David M. Mount and Sunil Arya http://www.cs.umd.edu/~mount/ANN/

Ipopt: Interior Point OPTimizer, a software package for large-scale nonlinear optimization, by Carl Laird and Andreas Wächter,
