Wyoming Science Teachers Association

Hello and Welcome.

Don't forget that nominations are open and we will be voting for officers during the March meeting. These include: President elect, Secretary, Treasurer and Regional Reps. 

The annual spring meeting will be held Monday, March 7th in ED room 117 on the UW campus from 1-4pm. 


The purpose of the association is to:
  • Serve as a voice for the science teaching community.
  • Build a network of educators dedicated to professional growth and the promotion and implementation of advances in science education.
  • Improve the public's image of professional science educators.
  • Be a communications network for science educators.
  • Play a leadership role in science education training.
  • Promote among all teachers a genuine concern for the total development of each student.
  • Work cooperatively with other professional groups.
  • Provide opportunities for professional growth.
