Wyoming Science Teachers Association

Hello and Welcome.

The next meeting for WSTA will be held Monday, March 2nd during the State Science Fair in Laramie, WY. 

This year the State Science Fair will be hosting a teachers lounge in the UW Student Union Ballroom. 

All teachers are invited to the WSTA meeting that will be held in the Family Room Monday at 10:00. 


The new full size page will make it easier to view posts. 

The purpose of the association is to:
  • Serve as a voice for the science teaching community.
  • Build a network of educators dedicated to professional growth and the promotion and implementation of advances in science education.
  • Improve the public's image of professional science educators.
  • Be a communications network for science educators.
  • Play a leadership role in science education training.
  • Promote among all teachers a genuine concern for the total development of each student.
  • Work cooperatively with other professional groups.
  • Provide opportunities for professional growth.
