Vegan Brownies

Who doesn’t like brownies?


Ingredients

.5 cup water

.5 cup soy milk

1/4 cup coconut milk

.5 cup unsweetened cocoa chips

2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour

2.5 cups brown sugar

3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1 teaspoon baking powder

Pinch of salt salt

1 cup vegetable oil

1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Preparation:

1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F


2. In a large bowl, add and stir together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt.


3. Pour in water, vegetable oil and vanilla; mix until well blended. Spread evenly in a 9 by 13 inch baking pan.


4. Bake for about 30 minutes in the preheated oven, until the top is no longer shiny.


5. Cool for about 10 minutes.
