A new version is available for download!

Make sure you replace BOTH the WoWPro and the WoWPro_Leveling folders. I would also recommend deleting the WTF files for WoWPro_Leveling when updating.

Bug Fixes:
  • The guide list now has a scrollbar. Sorry about overlooking that!
  • The race (and class) tags will now work if there is more than one race listed - thanks very much Peter!

New Features:
  • Zone tags, for coordinates outside of the guide's current zone, are now operational! Just like in the old Tour Guide version, simply use |Z|Zone Name| to make the coordinates map correctly.
  • Multiple coordinates per step are now functional, just as they used to work with Tour Guide! Simply separate the coordinates with a semi-colon as in this example: |M|36.2,4.38;19.0,52.3|
  • Auto-completion is now enabled for run, fly, boat, and hearth steps.
  • Auto-completion is now enabled for get flightpath steps.
Additionally, I've added a few things to the site to help people track what's going on. I added a Known Issues page for items that the team is aware of and which are in the process of being fixed. It includes a priority system so you know how soon we hope to get it done.

Peter has converted a lot of the old guides to the new format. They are a little rough around the edges but they work great and are ready for more refined testing if anyone is interested. I think he has only uploaded some of them for now since they would not all display in the guide list, but now that there is a scrollbar more should be on the way. Thanks again for all the hard work, Peter :)

I also want to give a shout out to TomTom's author, Cladhaire. I had a question about calling some of his addon's functions from ours and he was very helpful. In addition, he wrote the book I've been using as a reference so he's just generally awesome :) The WoW-Pro community owes him a lot even if he doesn't know it!

I've gotten lots of awesome feedback and I can't possibly mention everyone who has been working so hard on getting an awesome addon ready for our community, so I'll just say, thanks everyone for your hard work and keep it up!

P. S. - for those who were asking, the move went fine and I'm settled into the new place :) I have no work this week so look for a big update next weekend!
