Moral Servant Leadership

Missionaries are taught that when they approach a culture where they want to share the Gospel, they must not come in with an attitude of superiority. Instead, they need to become a part of the community to identify with them and then listen to them. Missionaries are then to take on the role of servant-hood so until they become accepted by the people they are trying to reach or help.

The following video gives an example of John Perkins and how he used the servant leadership principles to help the people he was trying to reach and to empower with biblical principles of cultural transformation.
