Open the (downloaded) MPD file in LPub. The screen will look something like Screen A.
In our example we set the configuration up as follows:
Note that after every change of settings, LPub redraws the current page you are working on.
After you are done with these global settings, your screen should look something like Screen B.
Of course you are challenged to experiment and change settings. In our example the settings we use result in the adding of these LPub commands at the top of our file shown in capital red letters:
