Welcome to Stanford University Libraries' Born-Digital Archives Program

This website documents our current forensics workflow, covering topics relevant to collection development, accessioning and processing. It is a work-in progress and will be updated regularly.

The workflows outlined on this site are based on the project team's experience capturing and processing the STOP AIDS Project born-digital records and on the AIMS Framework developed in collaboration with the University of Virginia, Yale University, and the University of Hull (U.K.) with funding from the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation. The published White Paper is available online: [http://www2.lib.virginia.edu/aims/whitepaper/].
