1 - Copyright Issues on Sitchin's Sumerian Translations

(includes a discussion on Copyright Issues relating to using the Sumerian Tablets translation, by Zecharia Sitchin, here)

Zecharia Sitchin had translated ancient Sumerian Tablets, that had been found in ancient libraries. These ancient libraries were found in the land that is now called Iraq. Sitchin is said to have used well over 800 Sumerian, Mesopotamian, Akkadian, Babylonian and Assyrian sources for his translations which can be found in his book titled, 'The Lost Book of Enki'. Just for the record, Zecharia Sitchin had passed away on the morning of 9th October, 2010 and I got to know of this recently, in March 2011.

In my discussions, I am using the translations as interpreted by Zecharia Sitchin in his book “The Lost Book of Enki”. However, I am not using all of Zecharia Sitchin's interpretations because since 1996, I have seen visions and have had experiences that seems to explain the contents of the Sumerian Tablets. But at that time, I did not know of the existence of the Sumerian Tablets. I only got to know of the Sumerian Tablets in 2009/2010, after I had set up the Global BK Forum and had begun a research for material which I could use to support the 5000 year cycle of time.

As I read and contemplated on the translations of the Sumerian Tablets, I remembered the visions and experiences which I had; and I knew that I would be able to give a different interpretation from Zecharia Sitchin's based on my experiences and visions which I had seen. So, I am now beginning to explain the contents of the Sumerian Tablets, based on:

1. visions which I had seen,

2. my experiences through the blissful stage,

3. explanations from my past births who had also been involved in creating the myths and the story in the Sumerian Tablet

4. researches which I have done.

In my websites, I have quoted or provided the translations of the Sumerian Tablets as found in the book, “The Lost Book of Enki” by Zecharia Sitchin. However, these translations which I have copied are not for downloading or printing.

The public's right to understand their history and cultural inheritage is greater than any copyright that may exist on Zecharia Sitchin's translations. Freely using the translations as I have (and would be doing) would make sure that there is no barrier to intellectual and cultural enrichment.

I have a teaching role to play now because my 2nd past birth (in the Copper Age, about 2500 years ago) had done worship / bhakti to emerge now so as to explain and teach the meanings related to the contents of the Sumerian tablets and other ancient evidences left behind by those ancient people. From my spiritual experiences and visions which I have seen, this is also a reason why soon after finishing school, I had got a place in the Specialist Teachers' Training College (M.P.I.K) in K.L., Malaysia. My second past birth, in the Copper Age, had done bhakti to play the role of the map-maker at the end. To play this role well, the way was paved for me so that I get trained to teach well. So I got my training in the Specialist Teachers Training College and also through the teaching experiences after that. This is enabling me to play my role well now, at the end of the cycle. This was what the ancient people had wanted and what my past births had done bhakti / worship for.

Since I have my legal education and experiences of legal practice, I will know how to deal with any legal issues that may arise because of my usage of materials which may have a copyright attached to them. This will help me play my roles well for the end. Thus, it will also help me play my role of the teacher well (when I explain the contents of the Sumerian Tablets and other myths and ancient evidences left behind by the ancient people).

From my experiences, it is my understanding that where I am concerned, the role of the teacher was introduced through the BK murlis so that I can play my role now as the teacher. A teacher can use aids for teaching purposes, even though it has a copyright on it. My role as the teacher to teach the spiritual Confluence Aged knowledge includes explaining the myths and the contents of the Sumerian Tablets (through the available translations). Since 1996, I have been seeing visions which explain the translations of the Sumerian Tablets by Zechariah Sitchin in his book “The Lost Book of Enki”. At the time of seeing the visions I had not known of the existence of the Sumerian Tablets. It was at the end of 2009, or the beginning of 2010 (after I had set up the Global BK Forum), that I came across the translations of the Sumerian Tablets by Zecharia Sitchin in his book “The Lost Book of Enki”. When I was reading these translations, I knew that many of my visions and experiences were preparing me to explain these translations as well.

To play this role of explaining the spiritual Confluence Age knowledge through explaining the contents of the Sumerian Tablets etc, I had been trained to teach in the present life. I was given this training so that I could play my roles well 'for the end' (by teaching well).

My teaching experiences, and training, are helping me to explain the myths and these translations of the Sumerian Tablets etc very well. As a trained teacher, I know that I have to use aids to make sure that my students understand what I teach. It is also easier to teach when we entertain people with creativity and through using relevant aids which we have in our hand.

Since my past births are emerging to explain and since I have seen so many visions which seems to explain the contents of the Sumerian Tablets, my explanations may be closer to the Truth; or it may be based on the Truth because of my link to God. It would only be fair to allow me to use the translations, as I am doing, so as to see how valid the explanations from my past births, experiences and visions are.

It should be noted that BKs who are teaching the BK knowledge are seen as teachers. Though I am including non-BK stuff to explain relevant Confluence Aged knowledge, they are all connected to the Confluence Aged spiritual knowledge. One will understand why I say this when one reads all my articles, especially the one titled:

Even in the non-BK sense, I am a teacher when I am teaching the spiritual and other knowledge related to the contents of the Sumerian Tablets. The use of the translations enhance the teaching of spiritual and other knowledge related to the contents in the Sumerian Tablets. Thus, as a teacher teaching, I will need to direct the learner's attention to the actual contents of the translations. This will help the learner to gain an understanding of the spiritual and other knowledge that is being taught (related to the contents in the Sumerian Tablets and it's translations). It should be noted that my students etc are not around me or with me. To get my teachings and experiences across the world to all the relevant people, there is a need to use the translations as I am using it in the internet (so that people across the world can understand the relevant knowledge which I am discussing).

I am also using the Sumerian Tablet translations for public interest.

Zecharia Sitchin's work has encouraged the development of the believe in Aliens/ET from outer space. This has further encouraged the development of the 'believe system' where some aliens/ET are experienced to harm human beings. Actually, it is the believe-system which is harming them. The believe-system makes vulnerable people experience that aliens/ET are actually causing harm to them. A proper discussion on Zecharia Sitchin's translations might help to bring this under control to a certain extent because people will be getting exposed to new ideas, views, experiences, visions etc in addition to the interpretation given by Zecharia Sitchin based on the contents in the Sumerian Tablets.

The ancient people paved the way for this alien/ET believe system through their story in the Sumerian Tablets etc and they knew that it would eventually bring about a situation where the underworld is experienced on earth (by the end).

The ancient people were paving the way for the underworld, through the alien believe-system, because the World Drama for the 'end' provides a stage for Inanna/Ishtar to play a role in the underworld (based on the alien believe-system).

The experiences of being tortured, by aliens/ET, actually reflects the 'dark side' on the world stage, at the end (now). This is one aspect of the 'underworld/hell' which is supposed to exist by the end of the cycle because the World Drama requires it. The underworld involves pain and suffering. 


People who do not know of what the ancient people had done would be in a confused state and this confusion can be reflected in their believe systems; and this too was intended by the story in the Sumerian Tablets. This is another aspect of the 'underworld/hell' that is supposed to exist by the end of the cycle. The people in the underworld would be in a confused state; and so the ancient people provided for it. More on this is being discussed at:

These experiences, where aliens/ET are seen as harming people, can make some people feel tortured, like as if they are being tortured in the very depths of hell. Thus, 'public interest' requires my usage of Zecharia Sitchin's translations (as I am using it) so that people can understand what had happened and as to what is happening (as a result).

Based on visions, experiences, the Confluence Aged knowledge and information from past births, I am giving an explanation as to what was actually meant by 'Anunnaki/aliens' in the Sumerian Tablets. If one doesn't believe what I am saying, one can just consider it as an alternative believe to what 'aliens' mean. An alternative idea, theory or believe relating to what was meant by 'aliens' will be in the public's interest.

Further, the original creators (Enki) and writers of the myth in the Sumerian Tablets had wanted the contents of the Sumerian Tablets to be used for public interest in the future. Evidences of this can be found in the Sumerian translations itself.

The ancient people had done a lot of things which has brought confusion into the lives of the present day people. At the same time, they had made sure that something is done to give clarification at the end. This clarification was for the benefit of the public and to undo the wrong which may have been done through their actions in those births and in later births (out of confusion). In later births, the spiritual strength of souls is not very high and so the people can misunderstand and create further confusion. The clarification process, which was supposed to take place at the end of the World Drama (now), will help to undo the wrong caused through all these confusing explanations. Thus, there is a need to provide clarification, as the ancient people had intended to do, at the end of the cycle. It is in the interest of the public to use the translations of the Sumerian Tablets, as I am doing, so as to provide this clarification.

Further, present day people need to be exposed to the ancient spiritual teachings so as to understand the pagan aspects in various religions. Religions and spirituality (where no religion is involved) provide a means through which there can be a reduction in crimes, bad behaviour etc. However, present day people can sometimes turn away from religions because of the 'confusion' involved because of the pagan aspects in the religions. Even if one was not interested in being a member of a religion, understanding the ancient spiritual knowledge will help individuals to develop a more acceptable believe system than the one in aliens which is torturing/harming some human beings.

In the present world, there is a need to adapt and adjust to a constantly changing society that is trying to seek and understand the Truth through listening to various interpretations from various sources. For this reason too, the translations have to be used as I am using it. The social usefulness of the translations, by Zecharia Sitchin, being made freely available out-weighs any copyrights that may exist on the translations. It is also reasonably necessary to use the Sumerian translations so as to achieve the ultimate purposes, which have to be achieved.

People can have a better discussion with me, on the contents of the Sumerian Tablets, if they could easily assess what was being said in the translations. And they would also be able to understand or interprete my experiences and visions better if they were able to read the Sumerian translations while reading what I am saying. It would be very difficult to have a fair and reasonable discussion with others without using the translations as I am using it.

These discussions will be for the benefit of the public because it will help people to understand that it is just a believe-system which is harming the people (through visions and experiences which make it seem like as if aliens/ET from outer space is harming them). The discussions will also help the public to understand their culture and history better.

Using the translations as I am doing would make sure that there are no undue restrictions of my and the public's rights.
