AGM

WCPF have their AGM on Tuesday 10 October 2017 in The Church Rooms, Woodbury at 18.45. All welcome to attend and hear what we've been doing this year, as well as share our future plans.

Multi Use Games Area

Having received planning permission for a Multi Use Games Area to be positioned on the main recreation ground, where the current 5-a-side goals are, WCPF are actively trying to raise the remaining £13,000 of this £70,000 project.

The trustees have already acquired £57,000 of funding through grants, donations and fundraising, but this still leaves a funding gap of £13,000 before the project can start. The trustees are actively trying to source other funds, but it is not an easy process.

We have set up a 'Crowd Funding' page for the shortfall and would be grateful for any donations received. Any grants received will be added to the running total.

We would like to be in a position to let the contract this Autumn, with the expectation that the MUGA will be ready in the new year.

If you, your family or friends are likely to benefit from this facility, please make a donation and publicise this amongst your other Facebook friends.

The 'Crowd Funding' page can be found at: https://mydonate.bt.com/events/wcpfmuga

Thanks for your support.

If you'd like to raise funds for WCPF, please email WCPF Trustees (trustees@wcpf.co.uk) with information about your event and we'll try and publicise it. If you'd just like to make a donation, use the mydonate button on this page which will allow us to claim Gift Aid (where appropriate).
