Welcome to the WFFL Community Website.
This is the official site for the Women's Fantasy Football League Community. We have created a place for women who love football, and enjoy the atmosphere and comradarie of playing fantasy football in leagues that are exclusive to women. I began managing women's leagues informally around 2007. The response was so positive that in 2009 I formally organized the WFFL as a home and support community for women only fantasy football leagues. If you would like to join our community, copy and paste the registration form into an email and send it with your information to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
All our fantasy leagues are currently run on Yahoo Fantasy Sports and are private leagues requireing a password. If you are interested in signing up for a league you do not need to be a member of this community to do so. Converely you do not need to play in a WFFL league to participate in our community. Any woman or girl that enjoys football and/or playing Fantasy Football is welcome to use our resources, information or discussion groups. If you are interested in playing in one of leagues simply view what leagues we have with team openings, decide what league(s) you would like to join and contact me at email@example.com and ask for an invitation to those leagues. You must be female to join any official WFFL leagues.
All of our 2013 Womens Fantasy Leagues wne (exact date to be determined by yahoo.com) For further details on our leagues and updated status click here. If you would like to be added to our WFFL mailing list so you can be updated on league information, happenings and league information for upcoming seasons, simply email us at the address above and put mailing list in the header. In the message area include your name, primary email address, your state of residence and time zone. You will not be spammed and your information will be kept private.
We are here to compete but also to have fun, enjoy the sport we love and support each other, especially the newbies. Good natured smack talk is encouraged but poor sportsmanship and cheating will not be tolerated.
So let's talk some football, get the season started and have some fun. As always please help us spread the word about the WFFL to other female football fans. Raring to go in 2013.
