Wolfgang Strehl

I am an economist with research interests in monetary economics, macroeconomics, economic inequality, the history of economic thought, and economic history. I earned a doctorate in Economics from Freie Universität (FU) Berlin and taught at the FU's School of Business and Economics, the FU's John F. Kennedy Institute for North American Studies (JFKI) and Martin-Luther-Universität Halle-Wittenberg. I am currently writing a book on U.S. monetary and banking history.
