Keeping you informed on the latest Farscape news.
From the Hollywood Reporter:
The cable channel has ordered a two-hour pilot of the project, written by "Farscape" creator Rockne O'Bannon, "Battlestar Galactica" co-executive producer Jane Espenson and D. Brent Mote. It is being eyed for a summer premiere.
"Warehouse 13" will be a new one-hour 'dramedy', described as "part 'X-Files', part 'Raiders of the Lost Arc and part 'Moonlighting'". The Farscape Cognoscente cannot help but think this sounds like a positive development -- even though that bit about "part 'Moonlighting'" sounds like a very tall order (can you bottle chemistry?)
Best of all is the additional news from the article:
Ronald Moore, creator of Sci Fi's signature series "Galactica," was involved in the project early on but isn't any longer.
The two hour pilot is set to air this summer.
