Welcome to the Woods of Parkview HOA Website
The Woods Of Parkview is an established community of 170 homes in a variety of traditional styles located in the sought after Parkview High School cluster.  Most homes were built from the mid-1980's to the early 1990's. The average lot size is 1/2 acre. Neighborhood amenities include landscaped entrance with brick entry monument, 6 lane swimming pool with a diving well, club house/bath house, two courts for tennis, a small playground, and picnic tables. There is an active Homeowner's Association, summer swim team, and several active Alta tennis teams. We are located in the city of Lilburn,  only minutes away from the new Mountain Park Aquatic Center and Mountain Park park, and very convenient to Stone Mountain Park.

Residents also serve on various committees such as: Community Affairs, Tennis, Pool, Social, Landscape, Crime/Speed Watch, and Clubhouse.
