This ip filter (blocklist) contains ip ranges of 20 wealthiest countries,

according to United Nations.

You can use it with Peerblock, Vuze, uTorrent, BitComet and others

to prioritize your share in BitTorrent (or other file sharing networks)

if you have limited bandwidth, speed, share ratio or active torrents.

Like all blocklists this is IPv4 only and you should disable IPv6

because Peerblock won't block those connections neither would.

Peerblock users should allow http from the List Manager

or try to set this list to allow if they have any problems.
