You wont want to miss this exciting opportunity to spend an evening listening to chamber music and a day immersed in the sounds of the oboe and bassoon. Led by WMU's acclaimed double reed faculty Wendy Rose and Michael Miller. Double Reed Festival at WMU is a great opportunity for students of all ages and experience levels to improve their double reed skills, hear professional performers, and enjoy a day on Western Michigan University's beautiful campus.

BRONCO YOUNG ARTIST PROGRAM
This is a special program that is specially designed with the beginning bassoonists and band director in mind! Special emphasis is given to proper breathing, embouchure, sound production, and posture as well as developing good musical habits. The Bronco Young Artist Program is taught by WMU Bassoon and Oboe majors and provides individualized instruction and many playing opportunities!
