유우종 연구그룹


• 우리 연구실에서는 그래핀, MoS2, WS2, WSe2 와 같은 2차원 나노 물질, 탄소나노튜브, 나노와이어와 같은 1차원 나노 물질들을 이용한 반도체 나노 소자, 나노 광소자, 태양광 소자, 플렉서블, 스트레쳐블 소자, 열전소자, 그리고 뉴로모픽시스템 등에 관한  연구를 수행하고 있다.
