유우종 연구그룹


• 우리 연구실에서는 그래핀, h-BN, MoS2, WS2, WSe2 등의 2차원 나노 물질 / 탄소나노튜브, 나노와이어 등의 1차원 나노물질 / ZnO, IGZO, Al2O3, HfO2, TiO2 등의 초박막 물질을 이용한 트랜지스터, 광센서, 압전센서, 바이오센서, 태양전지, 플렉서블&스트레쳐블 소자, 그리고 인공지능 뉴로모픽하드웨어에 관한  연구를 수행하고 있다. 
• 대학원생 모집: 석사 120만~150만/월, 석박통합 150~200만원/월 (1~2년), 200~250만원/월 (3~5,6년)
