It ambitions to provide wireless solutions for hazard moniroting and mitigation with an industrial quality in terms of performances, end-user inferface, reliability and autonomy.

It is developed using a consortium of public and private partners, from University Laboratories and industrial firms.

These are:
  • The  "Sciences Pour l'Environnement" Laboratory  belonging to the University of Corsica
  • The Electricité de France R&D Laboratory
  • The INRIA Rocquencourt Laboratory
  • Adwave [http://www.adwave.fr]
  • Telecom ParisTech
