Description:
This is an applique technique quilt using "Bigger PERFECT CIRCLES."  This quilt is small and I am using it as a table cloth.  We will talk about machine and hand applique (mine is hand) and perfect circles and fussy cutting.  This quilt is machine "waved" with large spacing to make room for BIG STITCH embellishment.

Fabric/Supplies:
NO MACHINE NEEDED AT THIS CLASS.  Cutting and handwork.

8 solid fabrics - I bought 3/8 yard of each.  You will use all of some and have leftovers of others.  Good to have placement options so get 3/8 yard of each.

Several large print florals

Karen Kay Bagley's "Bigger Perfect Circles" - email me if you want me to get for you.  They are about $15.

Applique needle and thread (I will bring)

Larger needle and heavier quilting thread

Best Press or Magic Sizing Spray

Cutting Instructions:

I suggest you do NO pre-cutting as you will want to make color decisions as you go along.  If you must, cut 4 - 5 pieces of your solids measuring 6 1/2" x 6 1/2" square.

You will need each of your floral pieces to be about 6 1/2" x 6 1/2" square as well.  Bring bigger pieces so we can "fussy cut".
