Description:
I love bargello quilts, but have always been intimated by them.  Then I saw this fun pattern and knew I had to give it a try.  It was fun and incredibly easy to make.  There is a lot of sewing and you do need to be consistent with your seam allowance, but you will love the finished product!  Each block is 15" square and you only have to make 16 so you will be done in no time!  Come try something new!

Supply List:
Machine in good working order
Basic Sewing Kit
Rotary Cutter, mat, 6" x 24" ruler
Post it notes (small)
Pattern
20 Fat Quarters (I did 10 in green/white and 10 in black/purple)

Cutting Instructions:
From each of the 20 fabrics, cut 8 strips 2" by the width of fabric (WOF) for a total of 160 strips.  Make sure that the fat quarters are at least 18" x 20".  You need the full 20", so it's better to have a little extras.  Number 1 to 20.  I numbered them 1-10 purple lightest to darkest and 11-20 green lightest to darkest.

Sewing Instructions:
  • Sew Strips #1 to #10 on the long edges into a strip set.  Press seams toward strip #10.  This is strip set A.  Make 4 strip sets A.
