Description:

Join me, the Jelly-Roll Rug creator, for the phenomenal Jelly-Roll Rug class that is sweeping the nation . . . the world!

What a fun, cheerful way to decorate your personal space, kitchen, bathroom, sewing room, entry, R.V., or make one to match a recently completed quilt to add pizazz and complete the finishing touch to go along with it.  They also make awesome gifts!

You will complete the tedious stuff at home beforehand, then come to class ready to make the magic happen and leave with a completely, finished, flat rug learning tips and tricks only available from the one who wrote the pattern.

*** There is about 3-4 hours of prep work for this class, so plan accordingly.

Fabric/Supplies:
(1) Jelly Roll or other 2 1/2" wide strip collection consisting of 40-42 strips.
1 1/4 yards of 96" wide 100% cotton, thin batting OR (2) packages of Bosal Katahdin on-a-roll precut 2 1/2" x 25 yards batting
New size 14-16 Jeans machine needle
Fine 50 wt thread to coordinate or contrast with fabric selection - You will need at 1200 yards, so I like to use the large spools of Auriful or Superior, using a variegated adds interest.  pre-fill a few bobbins.
Seam Ripper, wonder clips and/or pins
Mary Ellen's Best Press or similar sizing spray
Sewing Machine in great working order that will stitch at least a 5.5mm wide zig-zag.

Cutting Instructions:
Cut the batting into at (17) 2 1/2" x 96" strips
