Win Our Danville Illinois Home

All you need is $100, put a pen to paper and the American Dream can be yours!!!

Things are tough these days but imagine how much easier they would be if you didn't have to worry about paying rent or a mortgage!!! Well, here's your chance, read below on how you can make that happen for YOU!

Win Our Danville, IL Colonial Home

Since the contest didn't work we are trying to sell as is and are open to any offer!!  If you would like to make a cash offer please contact me.
Otherwise, we are recommending that potential purchasers look into the FHA 203K loan which allows for:
  • a small down payment (3.5%),
  • only a minimun 620 credit score
  • and it allows you to work into the mortgage up to $35,000 in repairs, which would be great for the roof, other minor repairs and even the purchase of appliances.
Additionally, with the new stimulus plan there is a Tax Credit of 10% on the purchase of a house for those that buy this year before December 1, 2009. And if you haven't already filed your 2008 taxes you could even possibly get the tax credit this year!!
So if you or anyone you know is seriously interested please pass on this info as I am looking to sell asap.

We are trying to sell our house!!! We purchased this house and rehabbed a lot of it with our own money. Unfortunately, things did not work out for us and we were not able to complete the work. The home is in “as-is” condition; it has close to $50,000 in renovations and upgrades but there is still some work to be done. Since the housing market collapse this is our way of dealing with trying to sell our house and recoup some of our investment! We are holding an essay contest and the winner will receive our house!! The essay can be on any subject you choose and is limited to 500 words. The entry fee ($100) will be refunded if we do not meet the minimum entries; see rules below for further details. Additionally, we will have the following runner up category winners:
