XC Runners: 
If you are not competing in Indoor Track, Basketball, Softball or Outdoor Track, you MUST submit this Running Log to me weekly. 
Email it to at the end of each week. 
Please continue to use the same form until it is full. 
You can download the attachment and save it to your computer in order to fill it in.
