5) Home must not have any pending violations/Inspection on the home must be done by HOA Property Manager when application is submitted

6) Irrigation Wet Check before process (report much be submitted) paid by the home owner.

7) HOA Dues must be current and up to date

8) Copy of the Lease, (Must be a one year rental lease minimum) No short term rentals allowed

9) Copy of the owners renters permit (Renters permit must be renewed yearly and maintained)
