Use a legacy grain flour such as emmer, einkorn, spelt, khorasan kamut or rye.
a heat-proof glass or baked enamel bowl or pot, mix 3 tablespoons spelt
or whole grain flour and 3 tablespoons of water or 2 tablespoons of
water and 1 tablespoon of whey, if available. Nuts, raisins or
other dried fruit can be added at this point.
Cover and let soak overnight or 24 hours.
it has soaked overnight or the next morning, put over very low heat for
a few minutes, stirring occasionally. When it becomes very warm
but not so hot that you could not put your finger in it comfortably it
is ready to serve.
Add some raw honey and raw clabbered milk or other sweet, cultured
milk or cream.
