Runners take your marks! Welcome Coach Greer as our track coach.

Coach Jason Greer, native of St. Louis, Missouri, is married to Janel Greer, and has three children, Gabriel, Jada and Jacob. Coach Greer has a Master of Science in Education from Walden University and a B.S. in Secondary Education from Northwest Missouri State University. He has 17 years of coaching experience, including collegiate and high school track and field. As a collegiate athlete, Coach Greer was a 7-time MIAA Conference Hurdler.

As the former Head Track and Field coach at Olympia High School, Coach Greer guided his boys’ team to its first ever track and field Team State Championship in 2013; the school’s second state championship of any sport in school history. In his tenure at Olympia, Coach Greer produced 80 individual conference champions, 126 Class 4A District Champions, 33 Class 4A Region Champions, 14 Class 4A State Runner-ups, 4 individual Class 4A State champions and a Team State Championship. Also, notable, he was 3-time Metro Conference Coach of the Year for the 2013, 2015, and 2016 seasons. Most recently, Coach Greer guided Kenya Dillon to a class 4A State Championship in the 100m Hurdles during the 2017 season. Prior to coaching at Olympia High School, Coach Greer was the Head Girls Track and Field Coach at Mandarin High School and the Head Boys Track and Field Coach at Andrew Jackson High School in Jacksonville, FL. Coach Greer enjoys playing golf, and spending time with his wife and three children when they are not coaching together during the track and field season.
