WELCOME TO WIMBORNE METHODIST CHURCH

Welcome to the Wimborne Methodist Church's website. Through this site we want to share with you something about ourselves and what "makes us tick" as Christian people. Let's start with what we think we're trying to do and to be:
  • To be a place of welcome to those who are a long way on their Christian journey and to those who wonder if this journey has any relevance for them
  • To be a people who are humble enough to know that we don't have all the answers about Christian faith and living but who are committed to learning more by being open to God's Spirit at work today
  • To be a people who love Jesus Christ and who are ready to play our part in making the teachings of Jesus real and relevant in 21st century living
  • To be a people who believe that God is active in our lives through the life, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ: leading, challenging, forgiving, renewing, accepting and cherishing us.
  • To be a people who  experience fun and fellowship in the many different community activities that take place in our church
